Not enough pay for the amount of work we do in 7 reviews. Horrible insurance, inept area manager , no staff in 11 reviews.

There are none anymore. You could be promoted, make a decent salary, bonus every quarter. But all of that has changed. Now they super micromanage you. Won't leave you alone to run your store and anytime u have a good manager you developed working under you, they take them for another store and leave you to suffer throwing an incompetent idoit in their place. Hours are what youd expect from a resturaunt. Management gets treated like crap anymore, belittled and percentages change if your going to bonus to much so they don't have to give it to you.

They lie to get you in the door and never give you what they promised. No more advancing left in this company. They only want outsiders who know nothing to tell you what to do.

I used to love this place. Give people a chance and stop being so hard on everyone.

Near impossible to reach bonus plans. They seem to be penny wise and dollar fools. Constantly changing so you are never bored. Positive management that helps you succeed. Corporate restrictions on hours for employees makes it difficult to write effective schedules. We need people to run the store and it feels as though the first thing always cut is labor. This company has great growth opprotunities and can be a great first job for those just starting out in the hospitality industry.

Higher levels of management within the company have always been a great support team and really care about giving their stores the support that they need. This company requires a lot out of all of its people. It takes a lot of energy out of you and is an extremely high stress enviroment to work in.
