In the last 25 years, the private sector has seen the emergence of many world class organisations, which have world class abilities in analysing problems, arriving at sound decisions, and execution. How can more effective structures be achieved in government, which are able to look into the future, understand problems, create an environment conducive to taking the right decisions, and obtaining sound execution?
