Disciplinary for failing a ridiculous audit. Staff are great people but have been slowly beginning to hate their roles over time also.

The promotional side of it is ridiculous, theyll advertise it as a customer service job when it is really a sales job with try harding shop managers who force you into uncomforable confrontations with moody customers. Sometimes enjoyable, sometimes stressful.

Didn't get all the help I needed from management, the higher management in my area were a shambles. Pay was very low and hours were quite low also. Needless stress from the work performance reviews and hypocrital management.

I really enjoyed the practical part of the job though and perhaps if it was a different company or area I would have enjoyed my time there a lot more, overall it was okay but there were issues that put on needless stress, the pay was very low and sick pay was non existent.

During a typical day i would take and pay out bets plus i would input them in to the system to that the computer could translate them.

Customer where really nice had a lot of laughs and made it very comfortable to work there. Placing bets, customer interaction, team work, one of the hardest part of the job was working out the bets.

The most enjoyable part of the job was communicating with the customers.

Serving customers,learned basic till work which included handling of money,enjoyed working with the shop team and meeting new and existing customers.
