You can do them over and over again and there are many of them so you can pick and choose. I believe I'm kinda good for driving that's why I'm focussed there mostly. I normally spam 3 or 4 missions, getting packages ,underpass, el borro etc. I also solo survival, this a good way of getting better at shooting and learning what and what not to do.
