The Dow Jones broke for the first time since May and has officially formed a head and shoulders pattern on the chart, a set up that is bearish for the short term.

Support now turns to which must hold or the panic selling will start to come back. A close below could spark a sell off to the area. I have now turned bearish for now until I see signs that this sell off is over or when we close back over When I turn bearish I am usually cautious on trading from the long side and will look to go short the stock market.
